Wow! What a cool weekend I had! On Friday I went to a Totally Awesome 80′s Dance Party organized by the Sloans, Knoblocks and the Earls. The party had lots of cool people with 80′s outfits, 80′s songs and games.  They had this great idea to make a photo booth and it was so much fun! There was a dance contest and I laughed so hard that my jaw was hurting! Really!  Also, there was a contest for the Best Couple’s Outfit and Mark and I were on the top 5.

After talking about the 80′s party to a friend of mine, I was inspired to have a photo booth at the Halloween party this past Saturday. The party was hosted by my friends Patricia and Francis. It was so much fun! Thanks to my Photographer buddies who inspired me to bring more fun to our Halloween party!

Yesterday I had the opportunity to shoot a Wedding with Ray Talamantes, a very cool and talented Photographer. I didn’t need to drive that far, since I live very close to the Superstition Springs Golf Club, in Mesa, where the Wedding took place.

Jennifer and Andrew are super cool and good looking couple. I was so excited when I first saw Jen, because I recognized her from their beautiful engagement session that I saw on Ray’s website.

Daisy is my sweetheart Maltese dog. She is almost 3 years old, but is so tiny and has a great personality. Back from the groomer, she looks all fluffy and cute. After playing with her leopard printed ball, she stopped a bit to get some rest and she looked so cute. I couldn’t resist to take a photo of her.

Happy Friday everyone! 

Janie and Erick are expecting their first baby, whose name is Sophie, any day now! Janie looks beautiful as a soon-to-be mom! She contacted me last week and scheduled a Maternity Photo Session. Janie and Erick wanted some studio photos and they had some really cool poses in mind. They also wanted black and white photographs. They were great to work with and by the time the session was done we had many awesome shots:

Sophie’s birth is being expected with so much joy and love…

Congratulations Janie and Erick! I can’t wait to see Sophie and take beautiful pictures of her too!

A few months ago my friend and photographer Cristi Owen invited me to second shoot a Wedding with her and I said – sure! I LOVE shooting weddings and didn’t want to miss this opportunity. I knew it would be so much fun shooting with Cristi! 

Tovah and Brandon got married last Saturday. Before the Ceremony started I went to take some photos of Brandon getting ready.

The Ceremony was at the First United Methodist Church, in Mesa. It was beautiful!

Well, what can I say? I love the pink details and combined with the brown it looks lovely. Notice how cool their Wish Tree is! I thought this was a great idea. 

I know this was a long post but I had so many good photographs to choose from and wanted to share every little part of this fantastic wedding! I can’t thank you enough Cristi, for the opportunity to be part of such a special day. I had a blast shooting with you! I am sure we will have more weddings to shoot together.
